At Rapid Draw Health Mobile phlebotomy LLC we, our, or us expect our clients to agree by our terms of service. If there is any disagreement on our terms we observe the right to refuse service or you may not use our services.

Our Services

Rapid Draw Health Mobile Phlebotomy, offers professional mobile phlebotomy services by bringing convenience of blood drawing services directly at your location. Our services includes sample collection, processing, and shipping to your specimens to its designated testing laboratories. We also help you schedule and coordinate our services through our websites or online application.

 

Eligibility and Responsible Parties

To use or book for our services you must be at least 18 years old or have a consent from a parent or guardian. As our client it is your responsibility to provide accurate information and maintain a safety environment at the time of our services. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions and follow preparation instructions prior blood draw sessions.

 

Scheduling and Cancellation

Our scheduling system goal is to provide a quick, convenient, reliable services. Appointments must be scheduled using our website or app and requires a confirmation from our mobile phlebotomist assigned. Cancellation notice should be done 24-hours prior service. Late cancellations or now shows will be charged.

Payment Terms

At Rapid Draw Health Mobile Phlebotomy only accepts private payment for our services. We accept payments at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and any other pre-approved payments. Our service pricing differs depending on the following:

·         Additional fees for travel (if beyond our service coverage area)

·         Cancellation fees if applicable
