You can reschedule your appointment by visiting the Booking page in your portal at www.rapiddrawhealth-mobilephlebotomy.com/my-bookings
Sign in using your Gmail Account
Enter the verification code sent via text or email.
Select the appointment you’d like to reschedule.
click the MANAGE button and click Reschedule to choose a new date and time.
Once your refund is processed, it typically takes 3-5 business days to appear in your payment account, depending on your financial institution.

Yes, as long as it's permitted by your employer and it is indoors, clean, and a sterile environment.
You can cancel your appointment by Log in to your ACCOUNT portal at https://www.rapiddrawhealth-mobilephlebotomy.com/my-bookings
Sign in using your mobile phone number or click “Sign in with email” to use your email address instead.
Enter the verification code sent to you via text or email.
Select the appointment you want to cancel.
Scroll to the bottom and click MANAGE then choose CANCEL to cancel the appointment.
Note: Appointments can be canceled for a full refund if done at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. We recommend that you reschedule your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
Lab results vary, depending on the nature of the tests ordered and the testing diagnostic laboratory your blood was sent to. Any further questions please call us or use our chatbot located at lower right corner of our website and we will respond ASAP.
Preparations vary upon the providers lab orders. Some may require 8-12 fasting hours. It is most important to scan your lab order or requisition into our portal prior the appointment that way our Certified Phlebotomist can reach out to you regarding your preparations prior getting blood draw. We will also need a COPY of your Health insurance to be submitted for the testing laboratory for billing purposes.
We charge per blood draw services and processing services from point of collection to delivery of your samples/ specimens to its designated testing laboratory.
